Note to American Heritage Center from Jack D. Pickett, recieved December 5, 1994

Jack D. Pickett states in the note that a massive release of top secret classified documents will occur once President Clinton signs off on it. The American Heritage Center will be one of the first to receive the information to be able to include the information in the file being created.
