Testimony of Reverend Nicholas Dimarzio Regarding the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, April 10, 1987

Dimarzio, representing the U.S. Catholic Conference, delivered this testimony before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and Refugee Policy, regarding the implementation of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
